President of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions of Bosnia and Herzegovina Selvedin Šatorović, together with the management of the Trade Union of Metal Workers of FBiH, paid a working visit to CIMOS TMD AI Gradačac and the local Trade union organization. The visit was organized at the invitation of the employees of this company, with the aim of introducing the representatives of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions of BiH and the branch metal workers union to the actual events in the company.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the representatives of the Trade union organization and the employees of the company, after which a delegation of SSSBiH visited production facilities and met with representatives of the company's management.
Encouragingly, social dialogue between unions and company management CIMOS TMD AI Gradacac at a high level in recent times. In addition, management representatives pointed out that the company's future is unquestionable and, therefore, job security.
